By accessing or using KISSE, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms that apply to specific services or features. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

KISSE provides technology, intake, workflow, client-connection, matter-organization, document, legal-operations, provider-dispute, and support-service functionality.

KISSE is not a law firm and does not itself provide legal representation. Use of KISSE does not create an attorney-client relationship with KISSE.

Submitting an intake, request, document, or message through KISSE does not guarantee that an attorney, law firm, paralegal, consultant, provider, or other professional will review, accept, or perform the requested work.

An attorney-client or other professional relationship may arise only through a separate agreement with an appropriately authorized professional or organization.

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to use KISSE only for lawful purposes.

You may not submit information, documents, or records that you do not have authority to provide, impersonate another person, interfere with platform security, misuse another user's account, or use KISSE to facilitate unlawful activity.

Information, templates, workflows, summaries, automated outputs, issue organization, research support, or other material available through KISSE may assist with legal work but should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney when legal advice is required.

Legal rules, deadlines, procedures, reimbursement requirements, and professional obligations can vary by jurisdiction and circumstance. Users remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional review.

KISSE may facilitate requests for legal-support, paralegal, litigation-support, case-management, records, document, research, consulting, operational, administrative, provider-dispute, and similar services.

Non-attorney support professionals may only perform work that is legally permitted for their role and jurisdiction. KISSE does not authorize any person to engage in the unauthorized practice of law.

KISSE may provide tools for healthcare-provider payment disputes, No Surprises Act workflows, Federal IDR organization, reimbursement matters, claims review, and related support.

KISSE does not guarantee eligibility for Federal IDR, reimbursement, payment, deadline compliance, acceptance of a dispute, or any particular outcome.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials associated with their account and for activity occurring through their account.

KISSE may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, platform security, legal compliance, or the integrity of the service.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary for KISSE to host, process, organize, transmit, display, analyze, and otherwise use that content to provide requested services.

You represent that you have the authority necessary to submit the content and permit its processing.

KISSE may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops. Availability may depend on account type, organization, jurisdiction, professional participation, technical limitations, or other factors.

To the extent permitted by law, KISSE is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every legal or professional purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KISSE and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

KISSE may update these Terms as the platform and services evolve. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
